At Games Mothership, our pre-order product allocations are based on the quantities provided by our trusted suppliers and distributors. While we strive to meet all our members' requests, there may be instances where we cannot fulfill orders entirely due to allocation constraints.

- Despite our best efforts, there may be times when we are unable to fulfill pre-orders in part or in full due to limitations in the quantities allocated to us.
Preorder Payment Authorization
- When placing a preorder with Games Mothership, your payment will only be initially authorized, not captured, at the time of order. This means that while the payment is secured, funds are not immediately withdrawn from your account. Once we receive confirmation of product allocations from our distributors and finalize any necessary adjustments to your order quantities, we will send you an invoice to make the actual payment. Please note that you may see the status of your payment marked as "expired" in your account. This simply indicates that the payment is still in the authorized status and has not yet been captured. Rest assured, the authorization remains valid, and we will process the payment upon final invoicing.
Membership Maintenance Requirement for Preorders:
- To qualify for preorder pricing and benefits, a Games Mothership membership must remain active and uninterrupted from the time the preorder is placed until the product’s official release date. If a membership is canceled or lapses before the release, the preorder will be canceled, and a refund will be issued, minus any applicable transaction fees.

After reviewing our preorder submission, distributors provide us with their final allocation numbers. These are the quantities of products we are guaranteed to receive from them.
We Distribute Allocations Among Members
Using the allocation numbers we receive, we divide the products across all member preorders, doing our best to fulfill as many orders as completely as possible.
Final Payment and Fulfillment
Once allocations are finalized and any necessary adjustments are made to your order, we send you the final invoice for payment. After payment is received, we ship the products to you or make them available for pick-up, depending on your preferences.
