Games Mothership Membership Policy

1. Introduction This Membership Policy outlines the terms and conditions for individuals or entities ("Members") who join the Games Mothership wholesale trading card game program ("Program"). By becoming a Member, you agree to adhere to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Membership Benefits Upon successful enrollment and payment, Members are granted the following benefits:

• Access to Games Mothership's exclusive Interstellar Wholesale program.
• Distributor pricing on all TCGs - you pay what we pay!
• Early access to new product releases and restocks.

3. Membership Eligibility To be eligible for membership, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Complete the membership application form.
• Agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
• Pay the applicable membership fee in full at the time of application.

4. Membership Fee

• The membership fee is payable in full at the time of application.
• All membership fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage or membership duration.

5. Non-Refundable Policy

• Once a membership fee is paid and the membership is activated, it cannot be refunded, canceled, or transferred under any circumstances.
• Members acknowledge and accept that they are making a commitment to a non-refundable membership upon payment.

6. Membership Term

• Memberships are valid for a period of 1 month, 3 months, or 1 year, starting from the date of payment confirmation.
• Renewal of membership is required upon the expiration of the current term to maintain access to membership benefits.

7. Member Responsibilities

• Members must maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information.
• Members agree to use their membership solely for accessing the wholesale line of trading card games and not for any unauthorized purposes.
• Members shall not share their membership access with non-members or attempt to transfer their membership.

8. Termination of Membership

• Games Mothership reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership at its discretion if a Member violates any terms of this policy.
• Terminated or suspended memberships will not be eligible for refunds.

9. Changes to Membership Policy

• Games Mothership reserves the right to modify or update this Membership Policy at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.
• Continued use of membership benefits after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
